They have birthday cakes just like us. The kids call me Tim yea yeah(this means grandpa Tim in chinese)

The lead kindergarten teacher at work with donated pupets from Hawthorne Valley School in New York. They even let me play my bass recorder for them. Today overcast in Chendu but temps in the70's. 

Kindergarten Playing in the Mud

The children love to be outside. Playing in the mud at an old housing site is a favorite. The parents mostly live in highrise apartments and the children do not get a chance to get dirty.

Th Peach Blossom Fest

Dear readers sorry we have been very busy with the Waldorf Work Shop and meeting the various people who came here from all over china. Every other day the weather is warm. We hope to go to other parts of China later. Hongkong and Shanghi-for example-take care and have a happy spring.
